All members and dependents (over the age of 18) will need to register and create a login ID and password. To get started, click here to register and enroll. Once you have reached the Healthfirst Gateway click on the white “Register” button and select “Member” from the pull-down.

Once you’ve logged into your portal account, you can:

• Look up claims
• Check eligibility
• Review details of your coverage in your plan documents
• View/print temporary ID cards or request additional ID cards
